Our client is a global Media brand and are looking to create a new Education Technology Function and are hiring a Head of Student Support Services to join the leadership team.

The role will hinge around building and leading a team for Student Services so experience in both management and Higher Education would be highly sought after.

This is a new function so someone with energy, creativity and gravitas will be able to make a huge impact and put their own stamp and leadership style in play. You will be a key link between internal and external teams, stakeholders and clients and could see the function grow to 20+ staff over the next 12 months.

Key Skills:

  • Degree, Masters or MBA preferred
  • Prior experience in Higher Education, Student Services, Education Administration or related
  • Experience in Managing 5 or more direct reports, ideally recruitment, performance management etc
  • Prior Budget and P&L management
  • Microsoft Office
