Product Marketing Manager - Fizzback - London

Founded as a startup in 2004 and now a profitable division of NICE Systems UK Fizzback offers its clients a cloud-based service that allows them to react to the "Voice of the Customer".

Through multiple channels, such as email, web, mobile and social media, the Fizzback solution conducts an automated Real Time dialog in natural language with targeted customers, presenting valuable insights and analysis to clients through a live dashboard.

Successful candidates will be responsible for offering in depth sales enablement, drive greater market awareness and raise awareness of the Fizzback Voice of Customer solution within NICE Systems across the Americas, EMEA and APAC.

The candidate must demonstrate expertise in the following:
* Creation of assets to support sales including cases studies, presentation slides, brochures and sales proposals
* Lead on the support of field marketing campaigns (eg emailers and webinars) by preparing relevant content and presenting the Fizzback solution both in person and over webinars
* Competitive insights; be aware of and able to leverage our competitive knowledge to support deals
Run, or take part in, internal events to promote the Fizzback VoC solution
* Effectively communicate the latest product updates to the business in terms of features, business impact and GTM
* Comfortable with presenting both over webinars and in person in front of an audience
* Good copywriting skills to author a range of different types of content from White Papers/eBooks to case studies and blog posts
* Good communication skills, to work with a broad range of stakeholders from multiple geographies
* Marketing project management skills to identify, design and execute activities to either improve sales enablement or market awareness
* Experience in supporting large scale marketing events

Responsibilities:-

* New business for the Fizzback product
* Awareness of product and assets for selling Fizzback within portfolio sales
* Satisfaction of direct salesforce with available assets and support
* Successful execution and results of field marketing activities
* Fizzback's reputation and standing within the wider NICE organization

Sales Enablement

* Creation of assets to support sales including cases studies, presentation slides, brochures and sales proposals
* Creation of demo's to support the sales process from first meeting to close
* Run sales training sessions both face to face and over webinar. This will focus on two audiences, direct Fizzback sales and portfolio sales
* Understanding and knowledge of the price list
* Competitive insights; be aware of and able to leverage our competitive knowledge to support deals
* Support the partner network to be able to effectively sell the Fizzback solution
* When required, respond to specific RFP questions
* Support (both directly and indirectly) the yearly internal Kick Off events

Market Awareness

* Develop and coordinate Go To Markets and lead to a conclusion.
* Lead on the support of field marketing campaigns (eg emailers and webinars). This will require both presenting the Fizzback solution in person and over webinars
* Support NICE hosted events, including the yearly Interactions conference which attracts over 1,000 professionals from a range of business roles
* Support external events, which NICE sponsor, with relevant content
* PR - Liaise with local PR agencies as required, manage Fizzback related press releases through the internal approval process and help drive regional PR through relevant teams; locate appropriate media for inclusion of articles on Fizzback, write these articles as required.
* Aware and engaged with NICE Fizzback's presence on social media
* Take part in promoting and increasing Fizzback's thought leadership credentials
* Ensure that the relevant VoC pages on nice.com are kept up-to-date and share the most appropriate content for the audience

Internal communication

* When necessary run or take part in internal events to promote the Fizzback solution
* Contribute to the production of relevant content and news for internal news channels
* Complete and submit relevant Impact Awards for Fizzback

Key Experience & Skills:-

* Experience in working with Industry Leading Customer Feedback and/or Analytics solutions
* Extensive experience of driving successful marketing activities and campaigns
* Experience in product marketing

* Data analytics principles and practice
* Contact Centre and/or Retail Strategy and/or Operational Management
* Customer management strategy and execution
