M&E Buisness Development Manager

A specialist Building Services Contractor based in Hertfordshire and North Londonare recruiting for a Business Development Manager/Account Manager. They are an established company that provide premier Mechanical & Electrical services for public and private sector clients in commercial and industrial markets undertaking projects within various sectors including the pharmaceutical, health, education, leisure and residential up to the value of several million.

Experience in the M&E industry is Essential and only those with relevant experience will be considered.

Due to continued growth they now looking for a Business Development Manager / Key Account Manager to maintain the relationship and service to current customers and build the business with new clients.

Successful applicants will have the following qualifications and experience:
· Mechanically or Electrically qualified with knowledge and experience of Building services industry
· A strong track record in Business Development/Key Account Management positions with an extensive background in delivering profitable growth. 
· Experience of selling and scaling up service and/or project operations by an order of magnitude, driving quality improvement and cost reduction.
· Comfortable with change and will not shy away from making tough commercial or personnel decisions.
· Strong IT skills and track record of delivering process improvements through well designed business systems.
