Telemarketing Team Manager
Our client is a dynamic and vibrant b2b telemarketing and appointment setting agency based in South Wales. Due to growth, the company is currently looking for a telesales team manager who will bring experience and professionalism to the company as it expands.
Responsibilities:
The main responsibility of the Team Manager will be to manage the delivery of client campaigns. This will include the following aspects:
• Managing a team of 6 telesales staff (Responsible for delivering results, training and keeping team motivated).
• Diarising work and completing the work on time.
• Writing up daily reports/statistics to be sent to clients.
• Sending reports and answering customer queries (Account Management).
• Managing clients' databases through an online CRM.
• Telesales calling as required to meet client targets.
• Client Visits
• Office responsibilities such as opening/closing office, liaising with telephony and IT suppliers etc.
Experience:
• B2B telesales experience is essential.
• Proven track record of managing client accounts.
• Proven track record of delivering sales results to meet KPIs.
• Experience working in financial services and professional services sectors is favourable.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and phone manner essential.
• Excellent written communication skills essential.
• Motivation and drive to achieve set targets must be evident.
• Ability to manage, train and motivate a telesales team to reach targets on a daily basis.
• Ability to establish and develop strong working relationships with team members.
• A good team player who is fun to be around, honest, reliable and able to take initiative.
• IT literate.
£18-23k dependent on experience + Commission (OTE £23-28k)
Mon - Fri 8:45am - 5:30pm
