This vacancy is designed for a sociable PPA Teacher / Intervention teacher who has been graded as 'Good' or better by Ofsted in recent observations and 2 years' teaching experience. You will have the ability to maintain motivation even during the more challenging aspects of your role. This post requires a Primary Teacher who has the skills to rapidly adapt to their new teaching environment and align themselves with the school’s ethos. You will possess high standards for your own practice and an enthusiasm for teaching and learning.

About the Role – PPA Primary Teacher / Intervention Teacher
This PPA Teacher / Intervention teacher position involves teaching one of the classes across the school depending on when and where you are needed. The leadership team are proud of their commitment to aiding the development of their staff and you can be sure that you will receive full support in any area you require it. Part of your role will include utilising the enviable resources available (an outside learning area) to teach interesting lessons that present information in the clearest way possible. As a PPA / Intervention teacher you will get all the benefits of an ordinary Primary Teacher but will rarely be asked to plan your own lessons, simply covering other teachers classes and leading small group sessions for struggling teachers.
