Location: Bury
Salary: £12,000 per Annum with Genuine OTE of £35,000 - £40,000

You will work with an established sales team of 3 sales people to continue the development of Volvo new and used car sales across their Manchester territory.
This is a rare opportunity for a motivated and professional person wanting to develop sales and career success with the security and support of a family owned, dynamic dealer group that has an excellent reputation for looking after its staff and delivering excellent customer service.
Experience in a sales executive role within the franchised dealer network is essential to be considered for this position. Prestige brand experience is preferred and successful volume brand sales people who want to progress into a prestige brand will be considered.
Reporting directly to the General Sales Manager your duties will Include:
• Selling new and used Volvo cars and associated products profitably
• Using Dealer web and pinnacle diaries to manage your business accurately and thoroughly
• Achieve or exceed all targets set by the GSM each month
• Lead by example through personal commitment, presentation and work standards
• Delivering exceptional standards of customer service and house-keeping
• Working with your colleagues to maintain the minimum standards required by Volvo for showroom, approved used car programme and customer satisfaction
• Complete prospecting and CRM activity as and when required
You must be organised, motivated, a self-starter and you will be a team player. They pride themselves at our client’s Volvo to deliver great service to their customers and support each other in the business regardless of department.
