Overall Purpose of the Role

The LTA Digital team look to maximise the potential of British tennis by developing and implementing a strong personalisation strategy to better communicate and build relationships with LTA stakeholders and people in involved in tennis in Britain.

The CRM Officer will support the CRM Manager in the development and delivery of the LTAs CRM strategy that aims to position itself as a leader in the field of sports and leisure, and operate the email marketing plan.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious CRM Executive / Digital Marketing Executive / Email Marketing Executive to work closely and provide support to the wider Digital team in the delivery of an integrated communications plan and to administer and develop CRM campaigns from conception through to delivery. This role will play a key part in the shaping and implementation of the new CRM strategy to support our goal to get more people playing tennis more often.

Key Responsibilities
Understanding the importance and delivery of highly personalised communications
Analyse the success of campaigns and identify areas of improvement
Optimisation of emails and communications through A/B testing
Report to the CRM manager on campaigns
Ability to build good relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Desire to develop a career in CRM communications


Key Attributes
To understand LTA customer relationships and recognise that all communications should be as personalised as possible to develop the relationship and identify who the audiences are

To provide support to the CRM Manager to execute the implementation of the CRM strategy focussing on effective relationships between the LTA and their customer

Be part of the continual development of customer journeys, identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and introducing new initiatives to support these opportunities and understand propensity and customer lifecycle modelling

To continutally strive to analyse and improve all digital communications using insight

Draft and create regular email communications in line with the CRM strategy, ensuring relevant and on brand communications, with best practice always in mind

Ensure data protection law and data capture methods are adhered to at all times to ensure compliance and best practice

To work with the Web and Technology teams to develop and improve the links between the CRM system and Marketing Automation Tool

Person Specification

Qualifications
Educated to degree level (English emphasis desirable)
Previous Experience
Min 2 years working in CRM, or within a Marketing CRM team
Experience of working with a variety of different audiences
Experience of working in a multi team and multi project environment

Personal Attributes
Excellent copy writing skills
Excellent planning and organisational skills
Some broader digital marketing experience
Excellent data and analytical skills
Good communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to prioritise and work to tight deadlines
Basic understanding of Data Protection
A satisfactory DBS disclosure
