Operations Manager - Care Training Company £35,000 - £40,000 + Bonus + Benefits
Based Bristol
The Role
Reporting to the Commercial Director, the Operations Manager for this Care Training Company will lead the start-up and growth of a new commercial training team, managing a team of full-time and freelance care tutors around the UK to drive the successful delivery of innovative Care qualifications. The role is responsible for all operational management including course development, scheduling, tutor management, developing key client contracts and the delivery of all Care based commercial courses including some distance learning provision.
You will oversee the quality and standardisation of training, ensuring that commercial quality and assessment standards are achieved, maintaining strong relationships with awarding bodies, external verifiers and internal quality teams.

The Candidate
The successful Operations Manager will have a proven track record in the education and training sector, and a relevant qualification or experience in Health, Care or Early Years. Additional qualifications are desirable in V1 / IQA Award, A1 / CAVA, PTTLS, Health, Social Care, Early Years.
Experience of managing a team and a strong understanding of sales, customer service and operational delivery of products and services to B2C / B2B businesses is essential along with excellent communication, organisational and leadership skills.
The role is based in Bristol with regular travel across the UK.
