What we want from you:

Drive & commitment, willing to work in a very busy and demanding kitchen
The ability to consistently deliver fantastic looking food
Proven experience with fresh, seasonal produce
No less than one years previous experience at Chef De Partie level within a quality driven restaurant or hotel
Looking to expand their skills within a large brigade of experienced chefs
A passion for food and an enthusiasm to work in the industry
