Assistant Maitre D

As an Assistant Maitre D' you will act as the main liaison between the restaurant managers, guests and the reception manager with regards to table allocations for all guests. 99% of your day will incorporate close customer interface, therefore immaculate personal presentation is essential.

You will be naturally hospitable with an ability to maintain an exceptionally high customer service focus, show personal responsibility and initiative to resolve issues whilst always presenting enthusiasm and warmth. You will have an extremely high attention to detail, maintain a high profile during service and promote and establish a regular customer base. You will have a minimum of one years experience working in a similar customer focussed role within a quality establishment.

Knowledge of the London Restaurant scene and other cultural activities in London would be advantageous.

It will be imperative that you are able to successfully communicate with both customers and colleagues both in person and on the telephone.
