About the hotel:
Montagu Place is a small boutique luxury hotel that is located in central London. It is currently recognized as one of the best customer service led hotels in London.
The Front Desk Department is the main connection point between guests and the hotel and is responsible for every operation in the hotel. It influences the guests' first and last impression of the hotel so everything must always be at its very best.
What are we looking for in a Guest Service Assistant?
The right personality.
Enthusiastic, efficient and organised with excellent attention to detail.
Excellent personal presentation and communication skills.
A passion for delivering exceptional levels of service.
Experience is welcome but full training will be provided.
Ideally F&B background in a luxury environment.
You must have the right to work in the UK, and original documentation must be shown at the interview.
You must be fluent in written and spoken English and have exceptional customer service skills.
