iOS Developer - London and Egham, Surrey - GBP50-55k plus benefits
Spargonet Consulting, an IT Consultancy with 35 years pedigree, is currently working alongside a major brand in the Transport industry. We are urgently seeking an experienced Objective C Developer within Native IOS Mobile Application Development. As an iOS Developer you will be looking to join our core competency mobile development practice working on client sites with market leading large corporates in London and from our offices in Egham.
The successful candidate will be able to design and develop mobile applications on a Hybrid platform.
Responsibilities for this role:-
- Plan, design, build, test and maintain high quality software in Objective C with Native IOS, using an Agile Methodology
- Build cross-platform mobile solutions using native app and hybrid app technologies (primarily targeting iOS devices)
- Work with customers and partners to deploy and utilise our products
- Maintain technical competency in all aspects of our technology & market
Programming languages & technologies experienced required:-
- Objective C/iOS Native - Solid iOS development experience
- Integration with databases and data sources
- Consultancy mind set, able to work in a team, contribute ideas and knowledge
- Hybrid mobile app development
- HTML5 and JavaScript
Background and experience required:-
- Strong Analytical & Problem-solving skills
- Ability to quickly learn new languages & technologies
- Ability to work under own direction and also as part of a team
- Good communications skills in English - written & verbal
A consultant's approach is desired, as the candidate will be representing Spargonet in one its key clients. Some flexibility is required with respect to work hours, a can-do attitude and ability to integrate seamlessly into the client team.
