Process Change Analyst - Lean

Process Change Analyst- Lean Delivery Analysts required for a leading Financial Services Organisation based in Northampton. As Process Change Analyst-Lean Delivery Analyst you will support our clients aligned Business Unit in delivering quick win Lean opportunities. Working as part of a dynamic and high profile business area helping to achieve strategic aims.

As Process Change Analyst-Lean Delivery Analyst you will have the following experience:-

• Quick win Lean delivery
• Support Process Optimisation Manager with larger scale Lean programme delivery when appropriate
• Operations capability enhancement
• Communication and engagement
• Communicate and report on the plans and progress towards key metrics and targets on a regular basis
• Control 5%
• Ensure control lens built into Lean delivery of improvements
• Engage with Risk and Control to understand pain areas and provide support to improve
• Timely completion of mandatory training
• Perform audits of maps and processes to ensure relevance and accuracy
• Risk and Control Objective

As Process Change Analyst-Lean Delivery Analyst you will have:-

• Ability to ensure all processes within the assigned value chain are performing in-control
• Ability to ensure quality reports related to Key Performance Indicators are produced, distributed, and utilised.

• Verbal and physical presentation skills.
• Relationship management and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications, but especially strong with Excel & PowerPoint
