A West London based, well known media company are currently on the lookout for experienced Web/Ops Engineers to join there rapidly growing team.

The organisation invests significantly in technology which underpins many of its strategic objectives. You will be working with state of the art technology and have the chance to have a real impact on the direction of the projects and company. You will be supporting more junior DevOps staff to increase the technical capability as well as identify opportunities for improving processes in the technology function. We are looking for a good mix of programming skills and Linux operations skills.

Essential:

• Strong knowledge and experience working with Linux System Admin.

• Experience working with Open Source monitoring systems.

• Strong programming skills with either Python or Java.

• Experience with automation and configuration management - Chef or Puppet.

• Experience working in an agile environment and with development teams in a DevOps role.

• Strong character who is keen to learn and progress.

Desirable:
