My client is a field leading organisation based in Tunbridge Wells - they have a requirement for aspiring .NET Developers to join their relaxed, enjoyable office environment team to create sustainable architectures, amongst other 'old school' developer duties.
The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for technology and web development, and be well versed in Microsoft .NET including C#, ASP.NET (Web Forms and MVC). You should have good knowledge of responsive web design, and the ability to hand-code HTML(5), CSS, JQuery.
Team that with strong attention to detail and the desire to learn with the latest cutting edge technologies and devices and you've got the right person spec for my client.
Duties:
- Building and implementing responsive Front End websites from visuals provided
- Integration of Front End templates with custom-built or third-party content management systems.
- Development of custom built web and desktop applications
- Implementation of responsive email newsletters and templates
- Bug fixes and improvements/modifications to existing websites and systems
- Ensuring deliverables are released on time, to specification, and to the highest possible quality
- Assisting with the requirements gathering and planning phase of projects to ensure realistic technical parameters and constraints are put in place
- Providing support for clients including the resolution of bug reports and support calls
- Carrying out testing activities related to projects and software releases
- Raising product related bugs and enhancements to improve the quality of our products
- Providing product training for clients and partners
