German speaking Application Support Consultant
Harrogate - GBP32k + Benefits + Free Parking
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a German speaking Application Support Consultant to join a European support team for a software organisation based in Harrogate. Joining a team of Dutch, Italian and French speaking consultants, you will provide support to customers based in Germany. You will provide front line support for accountancy software which can be quite complex in nature. In this post you will be required to work German office hours which are 8am-4:30pm and work on UK bank holidays in return for German bank holidays.
As the German speaking Application Support Consultant you must have the ability to speak German fluently. Ideally you will have supported an online accountancy software application previously or have good accountancy knowledge with a relevant qualification, such as CIMA or ACCA. You should ideally be technically minded and have provided application support previously, any database skills would be beneficial.
