CRM Executive/CRM Assistant
One of the Worlds Leading Online Travel Companies is looking to add a CRM Executive/CRM Assistant to their dynamic and vibrant CRM Team.

The CRM Executive/CRM Assistant role:
- Assisting the CRM Manager with the delivery of strategy for the leading online Travel Company.
- Provide day to day management of the eCRM Programme, ensuring emails are delivered correctly, and to a schedule, to deliver maximum revenues
- The ideal candidate will have excellent campaign focussed experience, full awareness of retention and loyalty programmes, of a very large existing customer base
- Provide ideas on unique and original ways to target and reward top spending customers
- Working with the E-mail Service Provider to deliver relevant e-mail campaigns
- Monitoring and reporting campaign results on customer loyalty metrics, including tracking the percentage of bookings from repeat customers or recommendations

The successful CRM Executive/CRM Assistant will have a proven track record in eCRM marketing and the drive and ambition to establish this new programme and help drive real change in this business area.
You will have experience in eCRM, along with excellent creative writing and communication skills. You will have experience of an email service provider tool (Responses is an advantage) and must be a team player.
Experience within the TRAVEL sector and/or a passion for TRAVEL and the TRAVEL INDUSTRY will be an advantage (although not a deal breaker)
