Multi National Recruitment Company recently securing prestigious 2,300 sq feet, state of the art office space in Central Manchester. Based on overwhelming growth, we are seeking an in house Recruitment Officer. You will have experience of internal recruitment and HR procedures.

Main function of job:
This role is to coordinate the recruitment process for specific vacancies in order to maintain a quick and efficient service to candidates and recruiting managers across the Firm. This will involve liaison with all internal clients including Partners, HR Business Partners and other Central Services teams in addition to liaison with external recruitment consultants and direct candidates. The role will provide support to various positions available internally within the company

2. b. Liaison with: Candidates, internal employees and Managers

Main Duties:
• Responsible for coordinating the full recruitment process for a range of business services vacancies.
• Effectively manage the offer stage for both internal and external candidates, liaising with Senior Management and Line Managers to organise the relevant paperwork and to confirm information.
• Compiling job descriptions, candidate selection, interviews, feedback and the offer process. Offer the best recruitment solutions to ensure best practice, short time to hire and low cost per hire.
• Participate in interviews when required and produce shortlists following first stage interview when requested by line managers, or participate in second stage interviews if required.
• Coordinate and support assessment centres for specific vacancies when required.
• Assisting with wider recruitment projects, including preferred supplier reviews, liaison with job boards, online testing and diversity and inclusion projects.
• Liaise with external website providers and agencies to support and improve recruitment activity. Maintain, develop and update information held on CRM, internal and external websites including live vacancies and recruitment procedures where appropriate.
• Ensure the recruitment database shows reliable and up to date information regarding candidates and their stage in the recruitment process in order to allow precise reporting and transparency for the other recruitment officers.
• Take responsibility for managing relevant preferred suppliers, reviewing those suppliers and ensuring cost effective usage at all times.
• Assist with presentations/ exhibitions where required in order to promote careers with Richmond Knightley Recruitment at various levels and market the brand across all locations.
• Produce reports on a variety of information as and when required by the business.
• Be able to understand basic HR procedures and send out relevant information to candidates including reference checks.


Key skills and experience:
• In House or Agency recruitment experience in a similar role, gained from working at a commercial business.
• Strong organisational and communication skills, and a high level of IT proficiency (Microsoft Office and Online CRM exposure).
• Good interview skills and previous experience of assessment centres would be beneficial.
• Experience of utilising an online CRM would be desirable.
• Excellent client service/ customer service skills.
• Proven track record of successfully managing a high volume of vacancies at any one time.
• Experience of successfully using linked in, Social media and other direct recruitment channels.
• Proactive / self-starter with positive can do attitude;
• Attention to detail & deliver high quality work;Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced dynamic environment successfully manage multiple tasks & priorities
• Excellent interpersonal & team work skills cultivating long term relationships at all levels of own & customer’s organisation

Location: Manchester Central
Working hours: Mon - Fri (8am - 5pm)
Salary: £20,000 - £32,000 (dependent on experience, plus quarterly salary reviews)
