The Role: Sous Chef GBP25K Independent restaurant
Location: St Andrew's
Package: GBP20-25,000 Live in (Negotiable depending on experience)

The Business:
This is a high quality Hotel food led operation, the offer combines a fresh take on contemporary dining using the finest locally sourced produce.
This can be a very busy operation at times with reasonably high volume
The Opportunity:
This is an excellent opportunity for a career motivated Sous Chef to join a contemporary & expanding operation.
Responsibilities as Sous Chef include:
* Fully responsible for the entire kitchen operation in the absence of the Head Chef
* Maintaining & driving consistently high standards of produce
* All areas of kitchen management inc; menu design, staff training, environmental health issues, managing GP targets etc
The ideal Sous Chef will:
* Have experience in a similarly high quality operation, ideally with Rosette experience
* Possess a passion and knowledge for food.
* Be driven and focussed on first class standards on every aspect of the operation.
* Have shown loyalty and longevity throughout their career.
* Have excellent planning and organisational skills.
* Organisational personal presentation and be consummately professional at all times.
