Due to business growth, our client has exciting new requirements for trainee recruitment consultants to join their established business based in the City a quick walk from Liverpool St. (There are also positions available in Manchester) These positions are purely down to growth and the strength of our client's offering to their clients. Previous sales experience; outbound telephone based B2B or face to face is mandatory.

Working as part of an experienced team and reporting through to an industry expert, you will receive a lot of formal and informal training to ensure your long term success. Investing now for the future is of paramount importance to this business and they're willing to invest in the "raw talent".

You will have worked in a sales role previously and enjoy dealing with clients over the telephone and/or face to face. You will thrive on targets and be driven to succeed and be the best. Why else would you be in sales?! You should have the ability to build long standing relationships with clients and candidates while also looking out for longer term opportunities.
