Applicants will be committed to developing productive supervisory relationships with a wide range of families providing short breaks. The post includes responding to new enquiries; training new applicants; undertaking formal written assessments of applicants and presenting these to panel; supporting and supervising established short breaks carers and promoting their continued professional development. The post involves a degree of working outside normal office hours for home visits and group work.
