Following the retirement of our present Headteacher, the Governors wish to appoint a committed, dynamic and inspirational Headteacher, who will strive and continue to build on the school's current provision and its caring learning environment, whilst at the same time maintaining our Christian values. The School opened in 1989 following the closure of 3 smaller village schools. The school is set in a rural environment with a wide socio economic background. We currently have 110 pupils attending 5 classes. Following our 2014 "Good" OFSTED, we now wish to continue the improvements towards outstanding. Are you the right person to lead and take us on that journey? We would like: An excellent leader, who, at times may be required to undertake some teaching. Will raise standards and move the school forward from Good to Outstanding. Demonstrate teamwork, versatility and delegation skills. Be dedicated and committed. Have the vision, energy and inspiration to provide the best education for children. Build relationships with the cluster, the Church of England and the wider community.
