You will also play a critical role in managing our front-line service delivery, a role which demands the highest standards of professional judgement, combined with leadership and creative energy. You must be professionally qualified in probation or social work, with at least three years post-qualifying experience. You will also have extensive experience of multi-disciplinary working in a community and/or family context, and particularly in the use of structured assessment & case management systems. The East Area team's service area includes the Scarborough coastline and the Ryedale district, and also a small satellite team in Selby. The successful applicant will primarily work from the Selby office, with responsibility for oversight of our local casework services and partnership links.
