Description: Job Requisition Number: 45374 EXCHANGES MARKET DATA TEAM LEADER We are seeking a driven, self-motivated and detail oriented Team Leader to join the EMEA Exchange Market Data Team. The flagship function of the team is EIS which is one of the most run by Bloomberg customers. The Exchange Market Data Team manages various tasks which include: review and maintenance of Exchange approvals customer database; handling all steps involved in the process of the real-time data enablement; interfacing with customers to address questions concerning the exchanges we deal with; liaising with other business departments for the introduction of new exchange products onto the Bloomberg system; working with our Global Data and Programming teams to determine pricing, content and implementation. The ideal individual should have great leadership skills, be able to make effective decisions, be proactive and demonstrate an outstanding approach to customer service. The Exchange Market Data Team Leader will also have excellent communication and presentation skills and be able to positively influence people in order to deliver results. Predisposition for technical matters, problem solving and strategic thinking are also essential qualities. The Exchange Market Data Team Leader will be responsible for ensuring the team is quickly and accurately addressing our clients' inquiries while meeting productivity and quality targets. Daily tasks coordinating department's services & resources, liaising with all members of organisation as well as clients, analyzing internal methodologies/process & systems, recommending procedural & policy changes, delegating task & duties to ensure coverage across EMEA region, making quick & decisive changes to internal procedures when variations occur with task & delivery & validation of legal documentation & maintaining customer account information on our internal databases. Exceptional customer service to our extensive client base & assist with a wide variety of queries regarding their contracts & account matters Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Manage a team of Exchange Market Data Coordinators to exceed expectations on success metrics. Provide exceptional customer service to our extensive client base& assist with a wide variety of queries regarding their contracts & account matters Providing leadership and support to all team members, including career development and performance management Develops plans, sets objectives and monitors and evaluates performance assigns and delegates tasks and duties ensure coverage across EMEA region Strengthen existing partnerships and build new ones with stakeholders to from other departments to add value to the business Foster an environment of teamwork and collaboration globally. Collaborate closely with R&D and counterparties in other offices to drive projects and maintain a cross-regional operation. Participate in the recruitment and onboarding process. Providing leadership and support to all team members, including career development and performance management Responsible for managing senior client escalations Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience Strong understanding of Real Time Exchanges vendor management obligations.
