2 Digital Web Operators are required for 12 months (likely to be extended) based in Leeds.
The Digital Web Ops will work within a multi-disciplinary team of Agile Developers, Designers, and Analysts; operationally manage Linux Servers, deliver complex web application stacks; build and configure new server platforms along with the automated tooling; testing, debugging and troubleshooting of platform level problems; supporting development teams with configuring applications for deployment; and dealing with application deployment strategies and continuous integration.
Experience required:
A good amount of experience with Web Ops and working in a high profile, complex, dynamic agile design teams with demonstrable evidence of working in both Dev & Ops.
An excellent understanding of Linux and Open Source tooling - Integration Tools, Configuration Management Automation, Scripting (Bash, Shell, Python etc.), Virtualisation (VMWare, Cloud, OpenStack, KVM, QEMU etc).
This role is to start ASAP and will pay GBP300 per day (Ltd/Umbrella)
