If you have experience in a quality, branded, high-volume food delivery outlet with very high wet sales, this position of Assistant Manager at the Windmill, Upminster, Essex may be what you are looking for to take the next step on the career ladder. The ideal applicant will have ambitions to become a Retail Manager within 12 months and will be willing to do reliefs and projects across the area.
The Business:
Located on main road between Upminster and Hornchurch. A fantastic location just a short walk from Upminster Underground Station on the District Line.
Average Weekly Turnover between GBP14,000 to GBP17,000
Split Food 25% Wet 75%
Role & Responsibilities
Your Key Responsibilities will be to support the manager in the effective running of the business, leading, motivating and inspiring the team whilst adhering to company policies and procedures.
You will need fantastic people and social skills, previous team management experience and a passion for delivering an excellent customer experience every time.
