Groundworks Foreman

We are looking to recruit multiple Groundworks foremen for many sites including Cardiff.

These foremen are required for developments. Applicants must be experienced in all aspects of groundwork, onsite road and sewer construction, deep drainage, foundations, domestic drainage.

Applicants must hold valid supervisors certification and preferably first aid training. SMSTS or SSSTS are acceptable. Candidates will be required to identify risks and lead/supervise a team of groundwork operatives on the safe method of works. Full time permanent positions are available with many sites requiring immediate start. Shift rate is negotiable but good applicants can expect to receive many benefits including generous rates of pay, company van, training and development plan and a targeted bonus.
