My client is looking for a SaaS Ops Support Analyst with client facing experience with business customers rather than consumer. This role is pivotal in their ongoing support of Mobile SaaS solutions for prestigious range of clients in a high growth sector.
This role requires equal strengths in technical depth of understanding and softer engagement skills/stakeholder management skills.
Culture of supporting individual's growth through up-skilling includes 10 days training every year as part of your package as well as mentoring and cross training.
Essential to have:
- Experience of Supporting SaaS Solution preferably mobile experience or a keen interest in mobile
- Experience in Platform Performance Monitoring, Identifying Platform Trends, Platform Deploys
- Work closely with teams of Platform Engineers on Operational Perspective Roadmaps for improvements
- QA testing of new Platform releases
- Client facing role, involved in full life cycle from gathering of requirements to reviewing implementation and reviewing client needs
- SQL experience essential
- Good to have Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
