This is your opportunity to become a valued member of a friendly team, working together in our flexible and supportive environment. And you’ll relish the challenge and variety of your role, where no two calls are the same.

As a Customer Contact Advisor you’ll take all kinds of calls from people from all walks of life, answering queries, changing bookings and providing solutions to help them reach their

destinations. As a Customer Relations Advisor, you’ll deal with any requirements or complaints people may have about the service they’ve experienced, including delayed or cancelled flights, baggage claims or other times of operational disruption.

These are varied and challenging roles, but you enjoy solving complex problems so you’ll be in your element here - giving your full commitment, and thriving on the sense of reward you’ll gain by helping all kinds of customers in need.

Customers are at the heart of everything we do at British Airways. Our commitment to them is integral to our promise: To Fly. To Serve. As a first port of call, you’ll strengthen the relationship we have with them, and help us achieve our vision of becoming the most admired airline. You’ll set the tone with a warm welcome. You’ll be reassuring, letting our customers know that you’re there with them throughout their British Airways experience. You’ll be proactive, knowing what they need before they have to ask. And you’ll share what you know when it helps, listening to questions, and doing everything in your power to fix what is wrong, there and then.

A real people person, you’ll use your exceptional communication skills to act on the different needs of our customers. Treating everyone with the respect they deserve, you’ll work collaboratively with your teammates, using your initiative to provide the high quality of service expected. To succeed, you’ll need excellent customer service skills, resilience, and a good understanding of what customers want.

In return, we’ll provide you with world-class training, so you can take real time and ownership of the service you give our customers. We offer invaluable experience, and  rewards and career progression you’d expect from a global premium airline. For customer contact advisors we offer part-time roles too.
