Bydd y Swyddog Cymorth Gweinyddol yn atebol i Reolwr y Swyddfa, a bydd yn rhoi cymorth gweinyddol cyffredinol i’r swyddfa, gan gynnwys gwaith ffeilio, llungopïo, derbyn a chyfleu negeseuon, cadw dyddiaduron y swyddfa a helpu i drefnu cyfarfodydd y Cyngor.
Gwybodaeth a sgiliau
Dylai’r Swyddog Cymorth Gweinyddol feddu ar:
- 5 TGAU (A* - C) gan gynnwys Saesneg neu GNVQ (Canolraddol) neu NVQ (Lefel 2) neu brofiad gwaith perthnasol;
- Sgiliau cyfathrebu a rhyngbersonol da;
- Sgiliau trefnu da;
- Sgiliau technoleg gwybodaeth sylfaenol, gan gynnwys gwybodaeth fanwl o Word.
Mae’r gallu i siarad Cymraeg yn hanfodol ar gyfer y swydd hon.

The Education Workforce Council is the statutory, self-regulating professional body for members of the education workforce in Wales. It seeks to raise the status of workers in education and training by maintaining and promoting the highest standards of professional practice and conduct in the interests of registrants, learners and the general public.
The Council is seeking to appoint the following:
Administrative Support Officer Ref: EWC 9
(Fixed Term to 31 March 2016)
The starting pay will fall in the range of £17,200 to £20,950. Appointment will be at the minimum point of the scale.
Working to the Office Manager, the Administrative Support Officer will provide general administrative support to the office, including filing, copying, receiving and communicating messages, maintaining office diaries and supporting the Council’s meeting requirements.
Knowledge and Skills
The Administrative Support Officer should possess:
- 5 GCSEs (A* - C) including English or GNVQ (Intermediate) or NVQ (Level 2) or relevant work experience;
- Good communication and inter-personal skills;
- Good organisational skills;
- Basic IT skills, including familiarity with Word.
The ability to speak Welsh is essential for this post.
