Accountant

My client is a successful global leading organisation. They are looking to recruit a qualified Accountant to join their growing Finance Function.

In addition to general financial accounting duties, you will be responsible for:

• Support month end processes
• Preparation of statutory accounts
• Preparation of monthly and quarterly VAT and Intrastat returns
• Maintain a knowledge of technical accounting skills

To be considered for this role, you should have the following skills and experience:

• Candidates should be studying or ACCA/CIMA Qualified.
• Previous experience gained within a Financial Accounting role is essential
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills are essential
• Excellent organisation skills and capable of meeting tight deadlines
• Strong communicator, able to interact with non-finance staff
• Able to work as part of a team
