Arts Technician

Drayton Manor High School is currently recruiting for two Technician posts, one to start in September 2015 to support the Physical Education Faculty and the other post to start as soon as possible to support The Arts Faculty.

Arts Technician
Scale 3, £13,743 (including allowances)
Term Time, 40 weeks per year
30 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8.45am to 3.45am

flexible hours in accordance with the needs of the schoo

An Arts Technician is required, as soon as possible, to provide technical and
administrative support for the curricular and extra-curricular activities in The Arts Faculty (comprising art, dance, drama, media and music). The role includes preparation and maintenance of instruments and equipment, alongside support for all subject areas. An interest and background in music would be an advantage, as would technical skills in relation to theatre lighting and sound.
