The role in a nutshell

As a Customer Consultant in the Contact Centre you will handle enquiries over the telephone, by email and web chat while providing an efficient, courteous and professional service at all time.

What you will be doing

- Receiving inbound calls / emails from customers who require support or advice in purchasing a used car

- Ensure all queries are managed in line with quality control

- Making outbound calls to customers as agreed, and where necessary

- Proactively selling / proposing used cars based on requirements or specifications to the customer

- Meeting KPI’s and quality standards on all calls

- Effectively communicating with customers in a clear and precise manner, delivering on promises and servicing calls to the highest standard
