About the opportunity
Joining our busy call centre in Manchester, you will get to know a wide array of customers. You will take care to understand what each and every one of them need from their personal, motor and household insurance. Thanks to the training we provide, you'll be ready to answer all kinds of queries, solve problems and spot opportunities to help people by going the extra mile.
You will love the opportunity to provide a fantastic customer service experience with every call. So you will also relish the buzz of working with your team to meet and beat targets. As you develop, you’ll find we are always keen to hear your ideas about how we can all do things even better.
These roles involve working a minimum of 15 hours a week including evenings and weekends with a latest finish time of 8pm.
