Customer Service Agent - Chippenham

Temporary ongoing contract

37.5 hours per week. 8:30am to 5:00pm. - Monday to Friday

Up to £18,500 per annum (£9.49 per hour)

We are looking for a passionate individual with previous customer services experience, ideally from an office environment.

This role will involve:

• Answering incoming calls, dealing with customer queries and action these appropriately.
• Processing client orders via the telephone, email and fax, & ensure price is matched.
• Ensuring customers are kept up to date and remain happy.
• Liaise with departments to ensure customer queries are resolved efficiently and within company timescales.

Do you have previous experience in complaint or query handling? Do you have good customer services skills?
