Due to the continued expansion of our business, we are recruiting for a Resourcer/ Trainee Consultant to our successful, dynamic team. Our core business is supplying temporary and permanent staff to the logistics and warehousing industry but we continue to branch out into other sectors. This is a very exciting time to join our team as our business continues to develop.
Salary: up to £18,000 + Bonus + Use of a Pool Car
The Role:
Based in Manchester Head Office; working with an established Consultants on the driving and industrial desks which currently bills a significant amount and has a healthy number of shifts per day. Working closely with the team, you will all be tasked together expanding this desk both by increasing business with existing clients and generating sales within the industry. The main tasks for this role is to act as support for the team. CV searching, matching candidates to placements. As time progresses and knowledge increase; taking bookings from clients and placing candidates onto the bookings. On Call is split over a rota where you will be responsible for taking and filling bookings as part of our out of hours service. there are 2 positions for resourcers at the moment: One on the driving desk, the other on industrial.
The Person:
We are looking for a driven, dynamic, outgoing person that can fit into our current team. Confidence and being able to build relationships is a big part of the role. Due to the nature of both the driving-industrial recruitment and the specific position; flexibility is a must as there is a very high tempo, fast paced feel to the office. A keen eye for detail and the ability to pick up new skills is key. If you are looking for great opportunity within the industry this is the role and the company for you. Experience within in recruitment would be an advantage but not essential and knowledge of the driving and logistics sector would again be of use but certainly not essential as these can be learnt/taught though working closely with an experienced team.
This is the perfect role for someone who is looking to progress from a branch admin position or someone who is coming from another recruitment sector. OR Someone looking to take their first step into recruitment.
**The most important thing is drive, passion, confidence and flexibility while continuing to build on relationships with both clients and candidates**
Key Responsibilities will include:
* Working with the team to source the best candidates for the roles available
* Ensuring ID and RTW documentation is correct
* Search and selection
* Liaising with candidates over suitable job vacancies
* Lead generation
* Providing 1st class service to our clients
* Day to day bookings
* On-call
What you will need:
* A positive "can-do" attitude
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to analyse and interpret information
* Excellent relationship building capabilities
* Smart and professional
Working Week:
* Monday to Friday: 8am - 5pm
* On-call rota: 1 week per month
