OptimHome has an exciting opportunity. We are looking for independent Estate Agent candidates to join our nationwide network. The successful candidates will join us on a full time, self employed basis and will potentially earn up to £80,000 OTE in their first year, with uncapped commission earnings.

The first step is to attend an OptimHome information meeting, where we can learn more about one another without any obligation. We regularly hold these meetings across England and Wales, so there’ll soon be one near you.

Is OptimHome a franchise?

No, this is not a franchise, and you will not need to make any payment to us to start your own business. We simply set up an ongoing month-by-month agreement once you start work.

A day in the life of an OptimHome associated agent:

Being an OptimHome agent is similar to being an Estate Agent in any other setting, except that you don’t have the expense and the inconvenience of maintaining a high street office.

Like any Estate Agent, you will spend your days prospecting for new business, taking instructions, matching homes to clients, conducting viewings, updating your database and negotiating deals.

Unlike just any Estate Agent, you’ll get to keep up to 98% of your turnover as income, with minimal expenses.

As it is your own business and you are independent, you decide what hours to work and how to schedule your workload! This is an ideal opportunity for ambitious professionals with family or other commitments.

Estate Agent/Sales experience is beneficial but not necessary, as full training is provided - We provide a 5 day training course after you attend one of our free information meetings.
