Due to exceptional demand since opening our client requires an additional Chef to join the kitchen at their busy Street Food venue in Nantwich, Cheshire. This is their third venue within the group and it is based on a casual dining concept, serving food inspired by the Street Vendors and Food Trucks from around the world. Their menu features Japanese, Vietnamese, Latin American and Mexican dishes, with all available to eat in their street food setting or take out to eat on the go, at work or at home.

Service is fast paced with food being cooked to order. The menu is prepped on a daily basis and as such you must have a passion for fresh, quality ingredients bursting with flavour and be able to display this enthusiasm through your work.

Experience of Japanese, Vietnamese, Pan Asian cooking is an advantage, as is a background in Mexican, American or “Street” kitchens. If this style of cooking is of interest to you but you have no relevant experience then they are also keen to hear from you.

As a new opening, they require complete commitment and dedication to achieve the absolute best.
