My client is a global organisation based in the West Lothian area. An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our client's French speaking finance team.

Assisting the Purchase Ledger Team, duties will include:

  • Matching, batching, coding invoices
  • Accruals & Prepayments
  • Supplier statement reconciliation
  • Processing payment runs
  • Assisting with invoice queries
  • Balance Sheet Reconciliations

To be considered for this position you will be fluent in French and should have the following background and skills:

  • Experienced in Purchase Ledger, preferably within a large/multi-site environment
  • Previous ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, JDE, etc) would be highly desirable
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Strong time management and communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
