Marketing Manager for Gaming Operations

Our client is looking to add a Marketing Manager for Gaming Operations to their growing team in London!

Responsibilities:

  • Planning monthly CRM activities via email and SMS. Balancing the right mix of Casino and Sports campaigns focused on informational alerts and profit driving promotions and bonus campaigns. Incorporating upcoming Sports events and both existing and new-to-market Casino game releases.
  • Writing email copy and working with a dedicated design resource to create outstanding designs for emails and matching website content, including where necessary bespoke landing pages.
  • Analysing completed email and SMS campaigns, with the aim of improving scheduling (day and hour), scope/size of segments, email/SMS structure and content.
  • Helping to shape a new approach to on-site and CRM personalisation through the use of 3rd party tools (Optimove, Emarsys) and existing internal tools and methods.
  • Overseeing Social Media campaigns and working with the Marketing Assistant on promotions and content, when required.
  • Create new promotions through research and using resources available.
  • Assist and collaborate with Affiliate Manager to create affiliate specific promotions.
  • Manage key VIP players through detailed player analysis.

About you:

  • You have a degree in Marketing, Business, or similar relevant field
  • You have at least 3 years of experience in online marketing and/or CRM marketing. Online gaming industry experience is considered an advantage.
  • Your excellent knowledge of acquisition and retention, coupled with an approach to campaign management, will mean that you’re comfortable planning, implementing and reporting on your successes to the team and senior management
  • Your written and spoken English is above average
  • You have strong analytic skills
  • You have advanced Excel skills
