We are currently looking for 2nd / 3rd Line Techncial Support Engineers with experience of IT infrastructure and networking environments, to join an exciting an rapidly expanding company who specialise in IT Services, based in Leeds. The 2nd 3rd line support engineers will work with a range of customers, supporting a wide range of infrastructure / networking technologies

The successful 2nd 3rd Line Technical Support Engineers will possess solid skills and experience within a similar role and will have experience with as many of the below technologies as possible (not all essential):

Technical Requirements:

  • Experience with Windows Server 2003 / 2008 / 2012
  • Virtualisation - vmware, citrix or hyper-v
  • SAN / Storage
  • Back up technologies
  • Exchange 2007/2010/2013
  • Active Directory
  • Windows XP/7/8 Desktop
  • Understanding of networking concepts and firewalls
