We are currently looking to recruit dedicated Home Care Assistants for permanent positions for our client based in the West Lothian Area. Our client's team of Home Care Assistants maintain the care of individuals in their own homes and achieve the highest possible standards of care in a professional manner. You will perform duties and tasks that facilitate individuals to live independently with your support. Job Title: Home Carer
Salary: Up to £8.40 per hour
Location: West Lothian area.

As a Home Carer, you will be involved in supporting the daily activities of individual in a person-centred manner promoting their dignity, independence and well-being, and becoming an integral part of their lives.

No professional experience is necessary as you will undergo full training throughout the recruitment process. Our Home Carers display empathy, are kind and caring, are dedicated to making a difference and are genuine interested in the individuals they visit.

As a Home Carer you will be responsible for such tasks as:
*Personal Care - Getting in and out of bed, Dressing, undressing, washing, bathing & toileting.
*Practical Support - General cleaning duties, bed making & laundry.
*Healthcare - Assisting the service user to take prescribed medication.
*Nutrition - preparation of snacks and meals and assisting with feeding as required.

Role Requirements
*Over 18 years of Age
*Driving Licence and Vehicle is Essential
*Good Communication skills (verbal and written)
*Flexible approach to working hours (including weekend working)
