Job Elements: -
• Minute taking, raise actions, monitoring progress and reporting to the Director
• Handling incoming calls, gatekeeping and dealing with customer enquiries professionally
• Basic HR admin (contract renewal, absence monitoring)
• The role will include marketing follow-up calls & creating mailshots/e-newsletters.
The ideal candidate will have:
• At least 2 years similar experience within a fast moving environment
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal & written.
• Conversant in Microsoft Office.
• Someone enthusiastic and able to handle confidential information.
• Experience in a marketing role essential
• Knowledge of Microsoft Access for creating mailshots/e-newsletters is essential
• Be able to handle new customer enquiries over the phone take the details of what is required and being able to pass the information to the Senior team for action.
