Swedish speaking Customer Service Advisor - Consumer Electronics £15,100 per annum
We provide support to customers over the phone and by email for a range of products from the latest televisions to cordless home phones and digital cameras. As a member of our team you may be helping the customer with technical support for example how to retune their new Television to downloading pictures from their digital camera to setting up their home cinema system. You will also support the customer in identifying if their product has developed a fault and what the next steps are for them.
You will be joining a very strong team made up of very hardworking individuals who support one another in addition to their callers and ensure that we consistently meet if not exceed all Service Level Targets.
We currently operate from 08:30 to 17:00 Monday to Friday. Some members of the team have already been given the opportunity to add to their skill base by monitoring the teams' calls and emails and delivering training so if you have aspirations for a long term career at Sykes this may be the account for you.

Main Responsibilities include:
* To respond to all customer enquires within given timescales, efficiently and effectively.
* To develop and maintain a full technical knowledge of client products and services.
* To be able to recognise when a problem or query should be transferred to another department or a more senior member of staff.
* To deal with all correspondence as requested/required.
* Logging of all calls accurately and in line with procedure.
* Responsible for maintaining and updating all administration.
* To consult product manuals, to be able to advise customer of appropriate options / solutions.
In order to be considered for this position, candidates must be able to demonstrate the following skills and experiences:
* Fluent in Swedish & English
* Experience of or aptitude for Customer Service.
* Good organisational skills.
* A minimum of 20 wpm on a keyboard.
* A working knowledge of MS Word / Excel
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to remain calm in all situations.
* Ability to work on own initiative and under pressure in order to achieve deadlines
