A global pharmaceutical company based in Surrey is looking to hire a European Business Analytics & Insights Manager (Business Intelligence) on a 6 month temporary contract.
Working as part of the Global Innovative Pharma Business (GIBP), you will be responsible for the delivery of Business Analytics & Insight (BAI) services to Regional Brand Teams, partnering with these clients to drive strategic commercial decisions. The role interfaces with other BAI teams to ensure all resources are appropriately leveraged to deliver robust solutions to business issues.
You will also support Digital Analytics for key multichannel projects. This will include market research to uncover digital insights as well as setting up and maintaining a measurement framework to identify what works and what does not in the digital space and give overall assessment of whether the strategy is working or not.
Candidates wishing to apply will ideally hold an MBA/Advanced degree in Sciences/Mathematics/Quantative field. You will have solid experience working within the Business Analytics and Insights in a management role to a European Regional level. You must be fluent in English (verbal & written), and have expertise with Digital Analytics.
This role will require high level stakeholder engagement skills, therefore the ability to explain things in simple terms, lead on commercial decisions and challenge behaviours/opinions is key!
Rate: GBP350 - GBP400 per day
