I am looking for a Factory Manager to join this ever growing team. You will be assisting Head of Operations on a daily basis to ensure agreed standards are achieved and building a continuous improvement culture.
The successful candidate must have experience of leading and managing a large team within a FMCG environment, ideally chilled food. Also experience in working with retailers. A proven track record of KPI delivery and ability to deliver under pressure.
The candidate will be responsible for:
*Ensuring a safe working environment across the site.
*Set and deliver on quality, food safety, hygiene and housekeeping within the factory operation.
*Implements process and procedures.
*Recruitment and training of senior managers within your team.
*Utilise appropriate agreed KPI's.
*Manage the NPD process.
The package:
*Salary £50,000-£55,000
*Company Benefits. Days and Night shifts available.
*Training and development
*Bonus scheme.
