Shift Operations Manager Are you looking for the next challenge? Do you want to work in one of the largest Chilled food manufacturers in the UK?
I am looking for a Shift Operations Manager to join this ever growing team. You will be assisting the Shift Operations Manager on a daily basis to identify new opportunities to improve efficiencies and performance.
The successful candidate will have the ability to lead and motivate a site manufacturing team. Will also have a comprehensive understanding of the manufacturing process.
The candidate will be responsible for:
*KPI's Production, technical, raw materials, Safety, People Management.
*Materials and Products.
*Holding Daily meetings with Team mangers to review the previous shift and what plans you have in place for the next shift.
*Analysing the day's productivity and performance.
*Reviewing the recruitment process.
*Audit DMP levels.
*To attend monthly area Health & Safety inspections and meetings.
The package:
*Salary £50,000-£55,000
*Company Benefits. Days and Night shifts available.
