About the role...
We are searching for a talented PHP Developer to join our established development team. You will be working on existing bespoke software solutions such as our in-house data management systems and our email marketing engine as well as new web-based and mobile app projects for our digital division. You will work within a team of developers but also have the ability to work individually on any given project. Our primary language is PHP but we are also open to new technologies as you will find throughout our development stack.
About you…
Strong knowledge of:
• PHP5 (Object Oriented)
• MySQL
• HTML5
• CSS3
• Javascript / jQuery
• MVC (Frameworks)
Knowledge of:
• Apache Web Servers and Unix based operating systems
• Version Control (Git)
• PHP Frameworks
• MongoDb
• AngularJs
Good to know:
• Build systems such as Gulp or Grunt
• Li3 (Lithium) PHP Framework
• CSS Preprocessors such as SASS or LESS
• Coffeescript
Be able to demonstrate:
• Logical and technically sound problem solving skills
• Ability to work to deadlines
• Use of initiative
• Examples of previous work
