They are now recruiting a Team Leader to support and deliver the Domestic services of TLC in Northampton and East Midlands. This is a newly developed role and presents an exciting opportunity to join the TLC team as they implement their new structure. As part of the new team, you will be involved in shaping the way we deliver their services to successfully grow their business.

TLC Team Leader – Domestic Services

Salary: £19,500 per annum
Hours: 39 hours per week

As Team Leader for the Domestic Service you will take overall responsibility for the delivery of a commercial cleaning service within your region. Having overall responsibility for a team of Domestic staff you will ensure staff are effectively managed to ensure delivery of contracted and one off work is achieved.

Working closely with the Contracts Manager for Domestic Service, you will effectively identify new business opportunities within your region, and with the support of your manager provide quotations for new business.

The ideal candidate will have management experience and have previously managed a cleaning contract. They are looking for strong leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team through times of change.

The role will involve a split between management and operational frontline duties.

The successful candidate will be subject to a Disclosure Barring Service check and costs will be met by our client.
