Trust Housing Association Ltd has exciting opportunities for Sheltered Housing Coordinator to join their team based in Bearsden.

Trust Housing Association is a national housing, support and care provider, offering a range of accommodation and support services. Primarily serving older people in our communities we also provide housing for families and individuals. We have over 2,500 households across the length and breadth of Scotland, from the Highlands and Islands all the way down to the Borders.

Sheltered Housing Coordinator, £10.24 - £11.07 per hour

To ensure that we are able to offer the best service to our tenants we are looking to recruit a Sheltered Housing Coordinator to make it possible for tenants to continue enjoying as much independent living as they’re able. Ideally you will have previous experience in working with vulnerable people and are able to demonstrate a clear empathy with our client group. You will provide a Housing Support Service to thirty-seven households by playing a key role in the lives of tenants providing advice and assistance linked to their individual support plans. A professional qualification in health and social care (SVQ 3 or equivalent) is highly desirable although not essential, as well as excellent communication skills. It’ll be rewarding looking after those who rely on the support and dedication you’ll bring to this important role.

As our Sheltered Housing Coordinator you will be required to work 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Due to the requirement to provide on-call cover (Monday – Thursday) candidates must be able to respond to an emergency and be able to return to the development from home within 20 minutes of the call.
